Author's Bio

Benjamin Brindise is the author of the chapbook ROTTEN KID (Ghost City Press, 2017), the full length collection of poetry Those Who Favor Fire, Those Who Pray to Fire (EMP Books, 2018), and the short fiction micro chap The Procession. His poetry and fiction has been published widely online and in print. He is also a Teaching Artist at the Just Buffalo Literary Center where he provides after school writing and performance poetry programming to various Buffalo Public Schools and community centers. He encourages his students to be brave in their writing and tries to do the same himself. He tweets @benbrindise and can be found on Instagram @benjaminbrindiseauthor
