Alicia Mathias

Author's Bio

Alicia Mathias is a poet, artist, photographer, teacher and singer. Alicia is appreciative that many of her poems appear in these fine literary journals: Ann Arbor Review, The Bitter Oleander, The Canopy Review, Clockwise Cat, January Review Journal, Setu Bilingual Journal, and Unlikely Stories Mark V.  Her poetry and photo artwork have recently appeared in: Bradlaughsfinger. New poetry by Alicia is forthcoming in: The Chiron Review, and elsewhere. She has composed two full-length poetry manuscripts, as well as two mixed-media chapbooks. She is hard at work, and enjoying her newest poem/collage project. Alicia resides in New York and writes each day, with Zeppelin the Wonder Cat, by her side. Her goals are to teach creative writing, and have her first book of poetry published in the near future. Hopefully, her parents will be alive, to see it happen! Warmest wishes to all. Carpe Diem!
