The Writers’ League of Texas 2021 Agents & Editors Conference was held from September 17 to September 19 at the Hyatt Regency on Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas. The conference featured presentations, panels, receptions, a keynote address, and one-on-one consultations with editors and agents for fiction and creative nonfiction writers. Participating agents included Ian Bonaparte (Janklow & Nesbit), Stephanie Delman (Sanford J. Greenburger Associates), Ronald Gerber (Lowenstein Associates), and John Rudolph (Dystel, Goderich & Bourret). The cost of the conference was $399 for Writers’ League members and $459 for non-members and included a one-on-one consultation and a ticket for the keynote luncheon. Lodging was available at the conference hotel for discounted rates. Full access to conference recordings will also be offered after the in-person conference for $399.
