Funding/Employment Opportunities: 

The program fully funds all students, and awards more than $110,000 in fellowships annually, including Distinguished M.F.A. Fellowships, Walton Fellowships, and the Fellowship for Underrepresented Students. MFA students are granted teaching assistantships.

Other Features: 

The program also offers degrees in translation, and hosts the Distinguished Reader Series and a visiting writers series, through which students have the opportunity to work with guest writers each semester. Other features include opportunities to teach in the community through the Writers in the Schools program, and to read at local events and festivals.
