Author's Bio

Tyler Mills was born in Chicago. She is the author of Tongue Lyre, which won the 2011 Crab Orchard Series in Poetry First Book Award and will be published by Southern Illinois University Press in February 2013. Publications include AGNI, Crab Orchard Review, Georgia Review, Gulf Coast, Poetry Northwest, Third Coast, and TriQuarterly Online. A graduate of the MFA program at the University of Maryland, Tyler Mills is currently pursuing a PhD in creative writing at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
