Students attend two weeklong residencies each year, in January and June, at the Mountain View Grand Resort in Whitefield, New Hampshire. Students study with mentoring faculty; attend lectures, readings, and classes with visiting writers; hone their work; read publicly; and meet with agents and editors.

The application deadline is October 15 for the January residency and April 15 for the June residency.
