The program offers partial funding through paid internships with TriQuarterly Online. Tuition remission is also granted for the last four of the eighteen courses required for students in good academic standing.

This program offers both an MA and an MFA in Creative Writing in the vibrant literary city of Chicago, with classes also offered on the main campus in Evanston. Its flexible scheduling combines the best features of on-campus and low-residency creative writing programs. Many students are able to work full-time while also completing coursework. The program features traditional on-ground classes on the Evanston and Chicago campuses and has also begun to offer a few online classes. 

The application deadline is July 15 for the fall quarter, October 15 for the winter quarter, January 15 for the spring quarter, and April 15 for the summer quarter.
