Author's Bio

Jeremy Edward Shiok is a writer, editor, photographer, and explorer living in Alaska. A native of New England, he holds an MFA from the University of Alaska Anchorage, as well as degrees in World Literature and Philosophy. He is a contributing writer to ON PATROL, the magazine of the USO. Currently, Shiok is working on a book of historical nonfiction set in the South Pacific.
