The 2025 Jackson Hole Writers Conference was held from October 23 to October 25 at the Jackson Hole Center for the Arts in Jackson, Wyoming. The conference featured craft and publishing classes, lectures, panels, readings, and manuscript critiques for poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers. The faculty included poet Dāshaun Washington; fiction writers Laura Pritchett and Lucas Schaefer; and creative nonfiction writers Julie Barton, Bridget Crocker, and Greg Marshall. Participating publishing professionals includd agents Amy Bishop-Wycisk (Trellis Literary Management), Mira Landry (Corvisiero Literary Agency), and Nikki Terpilowski (Holloway Literary) and editors Emily Bell (Astra House) and Summer Stewart (Unsolicited Press). Poet and creative nonfiction writer Camille T. Dungy will deliver the keynote address. Tuition was $350 through August 31 and $500 thereafter. Single-day conference registration was $200. One-on-one manuscript consultations were available for an additional $100 to $200, depending on the length of the critique; register by September 15. Accessibility accommodations included public transportation near the venue, elevators in all multilevel event spaces, accessible bathrooms on the venue’s ground floor, and accessible seating and parking. Writers e-mailed the executive director for additional accessibility details.
