The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston offers residencies of one to three months from March 1 through June 30, 2018, to midcareer poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers at the Dora Maar House in Ménerbes, France. Residents are provided with travel expenses, lodging, work space, and a stipend of $50 per day, and must participate in one community event during the residency. Using the online application system, submit two work samples totaling no more than 20 pages, a curriculum vitae, a project description, a proposal for a community event, and two letters of recommendation (sent directly to the program by the references) with a $20 application fee by October 16.
