The MFA in Creative Writing program focuses intently on craft, with an emphasis on revision and close reading. The program also offers practical guidance in publishing, teaching, and building a sustainable life as a writer. The program is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse writing community, and its goal is to help you find your own best approach to craft.

Applications are accepted year-round. Apply by June 1 to begin the program at the August residency. Apply by November 15 to begin the program at the January residency.
