The 24th annual Get Lit! Festival was held online and in person from April 21 to April 24 at various venues in and around Spokane, Washington. The festival featured readings, craft classes, and panel discussions for poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers. Participating writers included poets Taneum Bambrick, Chen Chen, and Rena Priest; poet, translator, and memoirist Rajiv Mohabir; poet, fiction writer, and nonfiction writer Beth Piatote; and fiction writers Lesley Nneka Arimah and Brandon Hobson. Many events were free; select events, including craft classes and headline events, started at $10 and required advance registration. Lodging was available at local hotels for discounted rates. All tickets were available by March 1, and distributed on a first come, first served basis. Visit the website for more information.
