For creative nonfiction, Glacial Hills Review wants to see creative personal stories that reflect one’s own personal experiences in such a way that they provoke understanding in discerning readers. The editors also accept scholarly essays—from standard forms of literary analysis or persuasive argument to annotated bibliography essays that isolate a particular focused angle of research. No matter which type of essay is submitted, limit the word count to less than 15,000 words.

If you are concerned we might not accept your particular kind of nonfiction, please feel free to email us at choeofopleirnpress@gmail.com [5] to ask. While we love to publish personal essays, we are very flexible and have published evaluations and scholarly work, too.
