Other Features: 

This program begins with a weeklong residency on the campus in Sante Fe. At the end of the program, students participate in a May graduation residency, during which they present their theses and craft essays for approval. Students also present public craft talks, give theses readings, and team-teach workshops. Recent visitors have included Debra Earling, Jennifer Foerster, Nick Flynn, Joy Harjo, Linda Hogan, Dana Levin, Christopher Merrill, N. Scott Momaday, Simon Ortiz, Nancy Stauffer, Arthur Sze, Luci Tapahonso, Jess Walter, and Michael Wiegers.

A focus in screenwriting is also available.
