We accept payments by credit/debit card, check, and ACH.  See the instructions for each payment type below.

Note, under no circumstances will Poets & Writers charge your credit/debit card without your direct consent. For your security, we do not charge credit/debit cards automatically, nor do we charge credit/debit cards on a schedule. Below are instructions to submit your online payment. If you have any questions or prefer to make a credit/debit card payment over the phone, please e-mail billing@pw.org and let us know a good time to call you.

To make an online payment by credit/debit card, advertisers must create an account. The account you create to pay P&W advertising invoices is separate from any other account you may have with Poets & Writers, including magazine subscriber accounts and My P&W accounts. If you are having issues creating an account or paying your invoices, please be in touch with us at billing@pw.org or call (212) 226-3586 x211.

You will need to provide the same e-mail that P&W has on file for your account. If you do not know this e-mail address or need to change it, please get in touch with us at advertising@pw.org [2]. We can change it for you.

A verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. After verification, you will be prompted to create a password.

Once your account is set up, you will be able to view and pay invoices.

* Check payments can be sent to: Poets & Writers, Inc., 90 Broad Street, Suite 2100, New York, NY 10004. Please indicate the invoice number(s) to which the check payment should be applied.

* For ACH payments, our bank account number is 51186229 and our routing number is 021000021. Please e-mail billing@pw.org [4] to inform us that you are paying by ACH and the invoice numbers to which the payment should be applied.
