Funding/Employment Opportunities: 

The program offers partial funding. The program offers a variety of graduate assistantships, including teaching assistantships, writing center tutor positions, and intern positions with the Texas Review and Texas Review Press. 

We now offer three $10,000 fellowships per year (renewable for three years) in addition to the graduate assistantships.

Other Features: 

The program hosts the National Book Awards Festival [5] each fall, which features events with National Book Award finalists and winners.

The application deadline is March 15 (for full consideration including fellowships and graduate assistantships).
