Tips From the Editor:

Poetry only. Exclude concrete, columnar, or “scattered” poems (impossible to effect in the Kindle edition). Chicago Manual of Style for titles. No images, color, fancy formatting, or manually entered page numbers or instructions (like “stanza break here”).

Very important: for the Selected Poems series, your manuscript must consist of poems as they were originally published in the books from which they are selected, as this reflects the editorial intent of the publishers, who will be credited. If any corrections of errors in the original books are required, add a Notes page with the submitted manuscript specifying the original poem’s line and its revision. No reprints in the Acknowledgments except for subsequently anthologized works.

Titles per Year:
1 to 5
Editorial Focus:

Since 2007, FutureCycle Press has published an eclectic mix of magazines, anthologies, and poetry books by some of the best contemporary English-language poets and writers, both known and unknown. They are now only reading manuscripts for their Selected Poems series, which provides a chronological sampling from books by individual poets with a substantial body of published work. Please refer to their submission guidelines for specific requirements; manuscripts not prepared in their series format will not be read.
