I am a poet, translator, editor, and medievalist with a PhD in comparative literature from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to the books listed here, my verse translations from the Portuguese of Judith Teixeira are forthcoming. My translations-in-progress include Christine de Pizan’s One Hundred Ballades; Sapphic Rhythms, a new selection of poems by Renée Vivien; and poems by Marie Krysinska and Alfonsina Storni.
