A prize of $10,000 is given annually for a work-in-progress of fiction by a U.S. writer who has not published a novel. A selection from the winning work is published in Provincetown Arts. Novels, novellas, and collections of closely linked stories are eligible. Submit the first 50 pages of a book-length fiction manuscript and a one- to two-page outline of the book with a $25 entry fee by March 1. Send an SASE or visit the website for complete guidelines.
