Pen and Brush

Pen + Brush publishes poetry and literary fiction (short and long) by authors who identify as non-men. We are looking for strong and original voices especially from emerging or debut authors, with an eye for the experimental and unconventional. A 122-year old non-profit, P+B provides a platform to showcase the work of artists and writers to a broader audience with the ultimate goal of effecting real change within the marketplace. We believe that art and literature created by women deserves to be recognized and valued on its merit – not judged by the gender of the maker.
