Editorial Focus

Ashland Creek Press is a small, independent publisher of books for a better planet. Their mission is to publish a range of books that foster an appreciation for worlds outside their own, for nature and the animal kingdom, and for the ways in which everyone can connect. They award a prize for environmental literature and publish anthologies in both fiction and nonfiction (Among Animals and Writing for Animals). They also offer classes on writing for animals.

Tips From the Editor

Please read our submission guidelines and study our current titles to get a feel for what we publish. In all genres, we focus on the environment and animal protection. Please note that we do not currently publish poetry or books for children.
