I'm a New York poet, active in the Manhattan and Long Island poetry communities, and also published in literary journals and anthologies throughout the U.S. and, also, internationally. Prizes Won: 
My poem "on yet another birthday" was nominated for a Pushcart Prize by Ibbetson Street Press in 2006, and I was "Short Listed" in the Tom Howard Poetry Contest 2007, for my poem "My Life: The Reel Story," on a "commended" list in the Margaret Reid Poetry Prize Contest for Traditional Verse for poems: "Transition," "Slipping into Red" and "On Divining Sanctuary."
