Author's Bio

I am continuing, with pleasure to work with Poets & Writers, teaching a workshop through the Seniors program, run by Bonnie Marcus. A member of the English Dept. at City College of NY, I have taught or continue to teach for: The Frost Place, Poets House, Writers' Voice,and Stonecoast Writers' Conference. For The New York Council on the Humanities, I have been a Speaker-On-Shakespeare, and currently serve on the Advisory Board of Slapering Hol Press, Hudson Valley Writers Center. I created and direct The Sarah Lawrence NY Alumna/ae Writers Nights. In my previous life , I was an actor, and worked for BBC Radio, and still do some voice-overs, promos, books-on-tape, and film narration work.
