Author's Bio

Reginald Gibbons is the author of ten full-length volumes of poetry, two chapbooks, a novel, two collections of short fiction, numerous translations and edited books, and a book about poetry, HOW POEMS THINK (Chicago 2015). He teaches at Northwestern University, where he is Frances Hooper Professor of Arts and Humanities, and for many years also taught in the MFA Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College.
