My writing successes include over a dozen short stories published in national and international literary magazines. Also, I am a member of the Riverside Writers, the Virginia Writers' Club, and the North Carolina Writers' Network that have been great sources of information and support. I grew up on a dairy farm in Spotsylvania, VA and I have lived most of my life in the Fredericksburg, VA area where I currently commute by train to work on budgets and legislative issues in Northern Virginia. I am presently looking for publication of my literary style, science fiction novel Chemical Reactions where a lonely, unemployed chemist has too much time on his hands.
