Nancy Kline

Author's Bio

For years I wrote fiction, but these days it's creative nonfiction that draws me, especially essays (long and short) of place. I've written and published nonfiction narratives set in France, Cambodia, Los Angeles, and other foreign countries. I am at present working on a nonfiction narrative situated in Africa--specifically, in a women's prison in Africa. And I am working on translations of modern French poets (Char, Eluard, Gaspar, Laforgue, Supervielle).
