Author's Bio

Michael Skau is an emeritus professor in the Department of English at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he taught for 37 years. He studied under Allen Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, and William S. Burroughs, Jr. at Naropa Institute (now University) in 1975 and has published articles on Jack Kerouac, Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Richard Brautigan, Burroughs, and Corso, as well as books on Ferlinghetti and Corso. He has published a book of poetry through Wayne State College Press and two chapbooks of poetry through WordTech Editions.
