Editorial Focus

Marsh Hawk Press books often highlight the affinity of poetry and the visual arts. Each book is produced with particular care to visual style, often including reproductions of artwork alongside poems. In addition to poetry collections, the press published the Chapter One Series of monthly essays in our newsletter, and standalone titles by established poets recalling their beginnings. Marsh Hawk Press also sponsors readings and exhibits, and three yearly contest prizes, including publication of the winning book manuscript.

Tips From the Editor

At present, only full manuscripts submitted to our yearly contest will be considered. Other manuscripts are considered via invitation. Contact [email protected] to query short poetry memoirs.
