Joe Milazzo serves as Director of Community Education and Outreach at The Writer's Garret, is co-founder of the interdisciplinary arts organization Strophe, co-editor of the online journal [out of nothing], Assistant Managing Editor for Black Clock, and proprietor of Imipolex Press.
