Jennifer O'Grady is a poet and playwright. Her book of poetry, WHITE, won the Mid-List Press First Series Award for Poetry and a Greenwall Award from The Academy of American Poets. Her poems have been published in Harper's, The New Republic, Poetry, The Yale Review, The Georgia Review, The Kenyon Review and numerous other places, and have been anthologized and featured on Poetry Daily and The Writer's Almanac with Garrison Keillor. She is also the author of a number of plays including Quasars, which is represented in The Best Women's Stage Monologues 2014 (Smith and Kraus) and Best Contemporary Monologues for Women 18-35 (Applause Theatre & Cinema Books).
