My new poetry collection, Lake Studies: Meditations on Lake Champlain(2011) and a companion audiobook on CD, The Inland Sea, offer imaginative work based on discoveries of archeologists and other scientists, first-hand experience, interviews with divers, history and native lore that reveal mysteries of what lies beneath the surface of the lake. Shipwrecks, ancient fish, myth and legend inform these poems. (See website to read and listen.)
