Deborah Clearman

Author's Bio

Deborah Clearman’s short stories have appeared in Beloit Fiction Journal, Chautauqua Literary Journal, Connecticut Review, Ginger Hill, Quality Women’s Fiction and other journals. She wrote and illustrated The Goose’s Tale (Whispering Coyote Press) for children. Her paintings and prints have been widely exhibited in galleries and museums. She is Program Director for NY Writers Coalition, a nonprofit organization that gives voice to formerly unheard members of society through the art of writing. She lives in New York City and Guatemala. Her first novel, Todos Santos, is available from Black Lawrence Press.
