Wendy Wisner is a writer and poet living in Bayside, New York. She is the author of a book of poems, Epicenter (2004), and a chapbook, Another Place of Rocking (2010). Her book reviews appear regularly in Lilith Magazine, and her poems have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies, including Prairie Schooner, The Spoon River Review, The Bellevue Literary Review, Literary Mama, No Tell Motel, and Verse Daily. Wendy taught writing and literature at Hunter College for four years. Since the birth of her son in 2007, she has pursued her long-time interest in women's health and babies: she volunteers as a breastfeeding counselor, and is pursuing her Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification.

I was born in England and started out wanting to be a poet and a painter. I've since lived in Italy and Morocco as well as the US. I often teach creative writing to small groups and help non-writers edit and organize their thoughts.
J. Barrett Wolf has been a writer for over forty years. After decades of honing his writing skills and working in fields as far ranging as singer-songwriter, carpenter, computer salesman and police officer, he was chosen one of eight poets on the Connecticut Touring Artists Roster in 1992. He went on to win first prize at the Stamford Festival of the arts for his poem 'Old North Field' in 1993. He hosts an monthly open mike at River Read Books in Binghamton, where he recently edited their first chapbook anthology, RiverReadings: The Open Mike Poets of River Read Books 2011. He has seen his work selected for ten anthologies, including Rubber Side Down: The Biker Poet Anthology (Archer Press), Passing (Poetworks Press), and Long Island Sounds 2009 and 2010, as well as winning a publication trifecta in the Limestone Dust Poetry Festival Anthologies of 2008, 2009 and 2010. His work has also appeared the Portland Review of the Arts, Black Bear Review, and Scarecrow, as well as online in Ragazine.cc, Poetry Super Highway: 11th annual Holocaust Remembrance Day, Motorgedichten.punt.nl (Dutch), and Not Just Air (Issues #1 & #9) . Wolf's first volume of poetry, “Stark Raving Calm,” was published in June of 2011. He lives in upstate New York, where he was a recent candidate for Broome County Poet Laureate and was commissioned to compose a poem for the tenth anniversary of the Broome County Library.
