Currently a teacher at Shanghai American School in Shanghai, China, Scot Slaby is a poet who writes primarily in verse, and his second chapbook, Bugs Us All, a collaboration with artist Walter Gurbo is forthcoming from Entasis Press on Aug. 1, 2016. His chapbook of sonnets and quatorzains, The Cards We've Drawn, was named a winner of the 2013 Bright Hill Press At Hand Chapbook Competition, and his poems have appeared in anthologies and journals in print and online.

Christine Stewart is Editor-in-Chief of Del Sol Press, Program Director for Literary Arts with the Maryland State Arts Council and Director of Maryland's Poetry Out Loud program. A former artist-in-residence with Creative Alliance in Baltimore, she has a M.A. and M.F.A. in creative writing and poetry, is the recipient of a Ruth Lilly Fellowship, a Pushcart Prize nominee, and has been published in Poetry, Ploughshares, Blackbird, The Cortland Review, and other literary magazines. She has taught at Carver Center for Arts and Technology and the Baltimore Museum of Art, and currently in the Odyssey Program at Johns Hopkins University. Her work with non-profits such as My Sister’s Circle (Baltimore), CityLit Project (Baltimore), Venice Arts (Venice, California), and WriteGirl (Hollywood, California) focused on mentoring and leading workshops for children and teens ranging from 6-18 years, in which writing was mixed with photography, painting, collage, music, and movement.
