Lynn Pedersen’s poems, essays and reviews have appeared in online and print literary journals including Cider Press Review, New England Review, Ecotone, Comstock Review, Sow’s Ear Poetry Review, Borderlands, Ellipisis, Southern Poetry Review, Poet Lore, Irreatum and The Chattahoochee Review. She is a Pushcart Prize and Georgia Author of the Year Award nominee. Pedersen is a graduate of the Vermont College of Fine Arts MFA in Writing program. Her chapbook, Theories of Rain (Main Street Rag, 2009), was a featured selection of the Main Street Rag’s Editor’s Choice Chapbook Series. A second chapbook, Tiktaalik, Adieu, is forthcoming from Finishing Line Press as part of their New Women's Voices Chapbook Series. Carnegie Mellon University Press is publishing her book, The Nomenclature of Small Things, as part of their 2016 poetry series.
Born in Savannah, Georgia in 1965, Jef Peeples is a poet and fiction writer currently living near Atlanta. He holds an M.A.T. in English and an M.S. in professional counseling from Georgia State University. Influenced poetically by the poets Sylvia Plath, Stevie Smith, Scott Cairns, Billy Collins, almost any of the Beat poets, and his daughter, he has been published in various journals.
