The program offers some funding opportunities including partial scholarships, federal financial aid, and federal work-study positions.
This 39-unit, two-year, distance program is conducted in an online format with optional residential class each fall and spring semester.
Students have the opportunity for individualized sessions with art mentors over the course of the degree, and gain a global arts perspective through classes and a summer intensive overseas option, earning degree credits in the United Kingdom, Germany, or an international location of their choosing. In the final year, coursework is geared toward learning the tools to bring art practices into professional work, and developing skills for careers in media, coaching, publishing, education, and as artists with creative work that sustains.
The priority deadline for fall applications is February 15; applications after that are accepted on a rolling basis.
