Monthly Members

You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time. Your membership benefits will continue for the remainder of your current billing period and cancellation will become effective at the end of that billing period. No refund will be issued, but all future charges associated with your membership will be cancelled.

Annual Members

If you cancel an annual membership within the first 10 months of your membership, your member benefits will end immediately, and you will receive a refund prorated to the effective date of your cancellation.

If you cancel within the final 60 days of your annual membership, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your membership benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

We cannot process cancellations or refunds for memberships purchased through a third party. Please refer to the terms and conditions provided to you in connection with your purchase.
