Jen McConnell has published prose and poetry in more than forty national and international literary magazines and been nominated twice for Pushcart Prizes.

Her second book, Current Disasters, a hybrid collection of short strories and flash fiction, will be published by Roadside Press in 2025. Her first story collection, Welcome, Anybody, was published by Press 53.

She received her MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College.
