Laura Minor won the 2023 Minds on Fire Open Book Prize, and her second book of poems is out now on Conduit & Ephemera (available at conduit.org)! She also won the 2020 John Ciardi Poetry Prize, and her debut book of poems, Flowers As Mind Control, is on University of Arkansas Press, 2021 (BkMk, uapress.com). She was also a finalist for the 2019 National Poetry Series and the Rita Dove Poetry Award through the ILA. She currently lives near the ocean as an educator, writer, and musician.
