Bio: 

Estella Gonzalez is the author of the acclaimed short story collection Chola Salvation (2021 Arte Público Press) and the novel Huizache Women (2023 Arte Público Press). Her work has appeared in Kweli Journal, The Acentos Review and Huizache.  Her fiction and poetry have been anthologized in Daughters of Latin America:  An International Anthology of Writing by Latine Women by Harper Collins and Nasty Women Poets: An Unapologetic Anthology of Subversive Verse by Lost Horse Press.
