I am a full-time manuscript editor; I have owned my business, Editorial Alchemy, for over twenty years.  I have enjoyed over thirty years of experience in many aspects of the publishing field, including positions as a writer, book editor, series developer, picture editor, website producer, ghostwriter, writing tutor/coach, marketer, workshop teacher/speaker, researcher, ad agency owner, and “literary midwife.”  Of the fifteen books I've had published, fiction and nonfiction, fourteen were for children or young adults. I am also the author of countless articles in various periodicals and newsletters.
