Bio: 

Maya Stein is the author of two collections of poetry, two collections of creative nonfiction, and a series of writing prompt booklets. She served as editor of "Grief Becomes You," an anthology of writing on the subject of loss with work from nearly 60 contributors, and most recently authored, The Poser: 38 Portraits Reimagined, a coffee-table book of contemporary art re-creations and essays. She facilitates writing groups in person and online, and lives in mid-coast Maine, where she serves as Editorial Director of Toad Hall Editions, a small press publishing the work of women and gender-diverse writers. She was recently selected to serve as the Poet Laureate of Belfast. She can be found online at www.mayastein.com [2].
