Bio:

Cat Russell shares her life with her high school sweetheart and their son in the wilds of Ohio while writing stories, composing poetry, and learning more about the craft every day. Her work has been published in print and online, and she is the author of five books: Soul Picked Clean (March 2019), An Optimist’s Journal of the End of Days and Other Stories (August 2020), and Pinholes: Traveling through the Curtain of the Night (November 2021), and Kaleidoscope (September 2022). She most recently ventured into self-publishing with her KINDLE chapbook Braving Persephone's Chill: Broken Haiku (January 2024).

Her current projects include a poetic-memoir of the pandemic--tentatively titled THE YEAR THE WORLD ENDED, AND WHAT CAME AFTER (A MEMOIR WITH VERSE), as well an upcoming audiobook of her poetry collection, Kaleidoscope.
