Bio: 

Jessica Young's book, "Alice's Sister," was released in fall 2013 from WordTech. She currently teaches at American University, in Washington, DC. She completed her Master's of Fine Arts in Creative Writing (poetry) at the University of Michigan, where she held a Zell Fellowship, and received two Hopwood awards and the 2010 Moveen Residency. Her undergraduate work was at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she received four Ilona Karmel prizes for her poetry and essays.
