Bio: 

Linda Aldrich has a BA in English and French from the University of New Hampshire, an MA in Theatre Arts from Florida State University, and an MFA in Writing from Vermont College. Her poetry chapbook, Foothold, was published in 2008, and her full collection, March and Mad Women, was published in 2012 from Cherry Grove Collections/Word Tech Communications. Her poem “Enfoldment” was featured in Natasha Saje’s article, “Narrative and Poetry” in the September 2008 Writer’s Chronicle. Her poems have appeared in Indiana Review, Cimarron Review, Elixir, The Denver Quarterly, Ellipsis, The Florida Review, Poet Lore, Third Coast, and Puerto del Sol. Her poem “Woman-without-Arms” won the Emily Dickinson Award 2000 from Universities West Press. Linda is a board member of Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance. She lives in Portland, Maine, with her husband David and exceptional dog Simba.
