I am an Associate Professor of Asian Studies at Cornell University. I have a Ph. D. from Princeton University, where I wrote a book called Recite and Refuse: Contemporary Chinese Prose Poetry. I'm also a graduate of the MFA program at Washington University in St. Louis, and served as their third-year poet in residence. I am the author of five chapbooks and have unpublished work available for solicitation.
