Jen Pezzo is a former North East Ohio (now Southern Maryland) poet and photographer that also writes under the name "Kerowyn Rose". She is the author of “Imaginary Conversations” published by the Poets Haven in 2012, and "Lucid Brightenings" to be published by Writing Knights Press in May of 2014. She has been published in several anthologies and online zines. In addition to her writing, she also ran and coordinated a monthly open mic called “Akron Night Murmurs” that showcased local poets and musicians. The show was located at Rubber City Recording Studios and Polymer City Records Label & Promotions in downtown Akron where she was also staff photographer. Jen is also a board member for the Barberton Gallery of Fine Arts where she was the "Artist in Residence" in May 2014, and was the featured performance poet in the band Serene II.
