Bio: 

Joseph O. Legaspi is the author of Amphibian (Northwestern University Press, 2026), Threshold (CavanKerry Press, 2017) and Imago (University of Santo Tomas Press, 2015; and CavanKerry Press, 2007) and three chapbooks: Postcards (Ghost Bird Press, 2019), Aviary, Bestiary (Organic Weapon Arts, 2014), winner of The Blair Prize, and Subways (Thrush Press, 2013). His poems appeared in Poem-A-Day from the Academy of American Poets, POETRY, American Poetry Review, New England Review, World Literature Today, The Common, Harvard Review, and many other journals and anthologies. He received degrees from the Creative Writing Program at New York University, and Loyola Marymount University. Legaspi lives in Queens, NY, works at Columbia University, and teaches at Fordham University.
