A first-generation American born to native Dutch and Indian parents, Natasha Kochicheril Moni is a licensed naturopathic doctor in WA State. A 2018 Jack Straw Writer, Natasha's publication credits include Magma, The Rumpus, Entropy, one full-length poetry collection (The Cardiologist’s Daughter, Two Sylvias Press, 2014) and three poetry chapbook collections (Lay Down Your Fleece, Shirt Pocket Press, 2017; Nearly, Dancing Girl Press, 2018; A Nation (Imagined), forthcoming from Floating Bridge Press, 2018).

She has enjoyed creating/hosting a spoken word venue for at-risk youth, editing/publishing a small literary journal (Crab Creek Review, 2006-2008), interning for Small Press Distribution Books, sitting on literary arts panels (Centrum, Hedgebrook, Artist Trust), as well as transcribing audio for the Alan Watts Mountain Center.
