Two prizes of £10,000 (approximately $13,200) each are given annually for a group of poems and a short story. The winners will be invited to attend an award ceremony in Manchester, England, in November. Gillian Clarke, Imtiaz Dharker, Carol Ann Duffy, and Adam O'Riordan will judge in poetry; Niven Govinden, Livi Michael, Alison Moore, and Nicholas Royle will judge in fiction.
